Gustavo Anaya
He began his professional studies in 1991 at the University of Houston (UH) pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management, concluding in 1993, earned a Law Degree from the School of Law of the Universidad Anahuac del Sur, S.C. Mexico City, where he graduated in 1999, in 2000 he completed postgraduate studies at the Universidad Panamericana México City, obtaining the Specialty in Private Law, and the Specialty in Commercial Law, he also attended the postgraduate course in Civil and Commerce Procedural Law, and postgraduate course in Constitutional Law, he attended a course in North American Law, a course in North American Judicial System, and a course in North American Business Law. In 2005 he taught at the Universidad Anahuac del Sur México, Mexico City in Forensic Practice in Civil Procedural Law. In 2012, he completed and obtained a Diploma on the 2011 Constitutional Reforms of the Amparo Law at the House of Legal Culture “Ministro Andrés Quintana Roo” in the City of Cancun, Quintana Roo. In 2022 he starts studies of Master degree in Civil Law at La Salle University of Cancún.
He has provided his professional services for various companies and for the public sector, in 2007 he decides to move to the South of Mexico and establish Anaya Legal Playa, at the just growing up city of Playa del Carmen, in the Door of the Riviera Maya, in which he has served as a trial attorney, attending to the monitoring of civil, commercial and corporate trials, sponsoring multiple companies.

Armando Ruiz
Graduated from the highest house of studies, the National Autonomous University of México, where he graduated in 2008, through a knowledge exam, in the same way he studied a Master's Degree in Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Higher Studies "Aragon" (FES-ARAGON- UNAM), has taken Diploma in Electoral Law, Civil Law (obligations), Civil Law (contracts) at the UNAM Legal Research Institute, in Negotiation,
Conciliation and Mediation, at TSJCDMX and TSJQROO.
Currently studying for a Master's Degree in Civil Law at La Salle University, Cancún campus.
Since 2016 he is a Certified Private Mediator with Public Faith by the Superior Court of Justice of México City with registration number 484 and revalidating his registration in 2021 with validity until 2024.
In December 2021 he is the Certified Private Mediator with public faith number 01 in the State of Quintana Roo, for having obtained the highest average in the opposition exam for such designation.
Based in Quintana Roo, with offices in Cancún and Playa del Carmen, the heart of the most important tourist destination in Latin America, he assists important hotel complexes, businessmen, individuals and various commercial companies based in Quintana Roo in legal matters, specializing in Corporate Compliance, Civil Law, Commercial Law, and
Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms.

He is a Citizen Counselor of the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards in the City of Cancun, Quintana Roo since 2018 and President of the Advisory Council of the Institute for Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data of the State of Quintana Roo since 2020.
